• Do I Need to Assemble My EasyStand?

  At EasyStand, we will assemble your EasyStand for you, either at our workshop or in your home if needed.

• How Do I Clean My EasyStand?

  Keeping your EasyStand Standing Frame clean is essential for its longevity and functionality. Start by using a gentle, non-abrasive disinfectant or simply soap and water for regular cleaning. It’s important not to use bleach or any bleach-based products to avoid damage.

  For the upholstery, avoid dry cleaning and instead stick to the care instructions specific to your model. For areas made of metal and non-porous materials, you can safely use disinfecting wipes. If your EasyStand has Neoprene parts, these should be spot-cleaned with a mild soap solution; if the Neoprene covers are removable, you can hand wash them in water and let them air dry, exercising caution when taking them off and putting them back on.

  When dealing with urethane-coated fabrics like Dartex, stick to a warm, neutral detergent solution for everyday dirt and a mild 0.1% sodium hypochlorite solution for disinfection. Remember not to use stronger bleach solutions or abrasive cleaners, and always rinse the fabric thoroughly after cleaning to remove any residual solution. Lastly, ensure the fabric is completely dry before storage or reuse, and never iron these materials.

  Adjust your cleaning schedule based on how often you use the standing frame. For an EasyStand used by one person, a monthly clean or as-needed should suffice, but for stands in multi-user environments, cleaning after each use is recommended. Following these instructions will help maintain the quality and safety of your EasyStand.

• What is the Warranty That Comes With EasyStand Products?

  EasyStand standing frames come with a warranty tailored to each part of the product, which is offered exclusively to the original buyer. This means that if any part of your EasyStand Evolv has issues due to the materials used or the way it was put together, the warranty may cover it. However, different parts of the standing frame have different warranty periods, reflecting the bespoke nature of these products. The warranties are as listed below:

  • Steel Frames – 5-year warranty
  • Hydraulic Actuator – 2-year warranty
  • Upholstered components (plastic pads, rubber parts, etc.) – 90-day warranty
  • Electric actuator and hand pendant – 2-year warranty
  • Control box and battery – 90-day warranty
  • Battery charger – 90-day warranty
